FabHotel Surbhi - Hotel in Maharana Pratap Nagar, Bhopal

The location is very nice. It's quiet and peaceful for an enjoyable stay. The food the serve is tasteful and you don't have to buy food from outside. The staff are very polite and cooperative. The room service is excellent.

Don't believe the photos given. The rooms are never meant for family. And the staff behaviour is very rude and they'll ask for extra money for 1 minute extra. Very bad unhygienic rooms. All these five star reviews are paid. you can see the mail ids. Please never go if you have any other option. Thank me later

Please dont stay in this hotel once u pay the money they r least bothered about u no facilities provided inside room except Ac no water bottle and the food prepared here is worst which i ever had they speak politely only till u pay the amount so please be careful guys

I recently stayed at the FabHotel Surbhi in Bhopal and it was a great experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and they went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was comfortable. The room was clean and spacious, and it had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable, and I slept soundly every night. The location of the hotel was also convenient, as it was close to many shops and restaurants. Room was not clean, Flush not working, cockroach sighting, Only veg sandwich or poha and tea offered in complementary breakfast which was charged rs. 250 extra. Breakfast ordered at 7.30am and after 3-4 reminders, only bread-butter & tea was served by 8.30am as poha/sandwich required more time, but unfortunately we couldn't wait anymore. On asking the hotel manager why rs.250 extra for poha etc which costs not more than Rs. 100, manager responded that those charges are decided by Fab company.

I stayed at the property for about 10 days. The services are top notch, the behavior of the hotel staff is very professional. Overall my experience was amazing, and thanks to Receptionist name that i forgot, for being a great help and support throughout my stay. 😊
