Hotel Shikhar Palace

Nice big rooms .. neat and clean .. bathrooms are small .. Breakfast they don't have many options but they serve you nice paratha and room service is good. The location is perfect. The staffs and manager are very cooperative. The great thing is this hotel is safe for girls who travel solo.

Hotel is good for a short stay, specially if you have a connecting flight or train. Relatively near to airport and very close to bairagarh station. Staff is polite and helpful but do they check the room you have booked and what is allotted to you before check in. Room service is available and food was good in taste but not too good for my stomach so not sure if it was weather or the food 😁 Room and bathroom are spacious and were clean. I found it value for money.

Hotel is cheap and rooms are good for the price. The staffs are helpful and careful for the needs of those staying. I booked rooms here for my parents, and even when they arrived earlier than the booked time, hotel staffs didn't make any fuss and checked them into the rooms happily. Toilets were clean and they also provide extra bed if you need.

They failed in giving basic amenity called oyo kit. We got only one toilet paper for basically two rooms. TV fond people should be wary because not much channels to watch. No complimentary breakfast. Acs were working fine. Rooms not much spacious. Otherwise no other issue.

Pillow and room bed sheet was not clean. Hairs of someone wereon the pillow cover. Food and catering was also not appropriate. The brought food from outside the hotel which mean that the food is not made the hotel staff itself. The hotel staff didn't know the manner of not to disturb as they disturbed us till 12 o clock midnight by calling us to pay the bill etc. At last I would just not recommend anyone to come to this hotel.

It has insects and lizards in the rooms. The service is also not good, you have to call so many times for any service. The mattress and other beddings are also not clean.
