Room was clean, however found spots on bedsheets. Didn't give water and towel till ut was asked. Even then only 1 towel given between two guests . Food was decent, not very great. So overall expect average experience when u visit this place.

Worst hotel and restaurants in bhopal. Chai ki tapri is best in management than this farzi hotel. Staff members don’t know to to talk and behave with the customers. Worst experience ever. Don’t go there.

Bad experience in terms of hospitality, we booked the hotel for 4 nights, however on reaching hotel we were told the hotel is fully booked. The hotel and booking provider casted the blame on one other. Leaving us stranded. Lack of provisioning of basic complimentary: water bottle was provided. However room was good.

Pathetic service. Charged half day rent for early checkin but no refund for half day checkout while we paid room rent in full. No bill was provided for early checkin. No outside food allowed in hotel. No chef in restaurant but a home cook aunty , quality and taste of food below average but prices so high with avg price around inr 309. Average waiting time for food 1.5hrs. I would not recommend this hotel.

Best hotel in Bhopal. Very nice experience. The staff behaviour is very good. Room is very neet and clean. Hotel service is also very good. As well as taste of food is awsome. Please do visit. Very nice Experience.
