I had a wonderful stay at Amer Palace, Bhopal! My Executive Deluxe Room offered breathtaking city views and an abundance of natural light, making it a true delight. The room was immaculately clean, and the property is exceptionally well-maintained. The staff deserves special mention - they were incredibly proactive, ensuring every detail was taken care of to make my stay truly comfortable. The food was outstanding, and I enjoyed lunch and dinner at the hotel so much that I didn't feel the need to venture out! Highly recommend Amer Palace for a fantastic stay in Bhopal!

We booked a good number of rooms in Amer Palace for stay for a wedding. The staff was really helpful in everything. The rooms are great, room service was prompt as well. Mr Gaurav and his team did a great job in making sure all the events went smoothly and guests were attended properly. Even for a big event, the food was amazing. Quality and taste both were up to the mark. The hotel is in centre so everything is nearby as well.

Hotel is very good in terms of Location,Service & Food quality. Complimentary Breakfast is also good. Especially Manager at Reception Mr. Mithelesh Ji is mind blowing. He is always there to help customers in every situation. Overall very good experience, will always prefer to stay here

My stay at Hotel Amer Palace, Bhopal was extremely disappointing. The hotel was dirty, unhygienic, and completely different from what was shown online. The pictures on booking platforms are totally misleading — the actual room looked nothing like them. The service was absolutely pathetic — the staff was unresponsive and unprofessional. I had to repeatedly ask for even the most basic things, and there was no proper customer service at all. Out of all the hotels in Bhopal, this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I would strongly advise others not to book this hotel. It’s a waste of money and peace of mind.

The couple thoroughly enjoyed their stay at this hotel, making beautiful memories together. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone seeking a wonderful stay. The entire hotel staff is not only good but also exceptionally supportive and attentive, ensuring a comfortable and delightful experience for all guests.

I recently stayed at Hotel Amar Palace, and while the property gives a decent impression from the outside, the reality inside was underwhelming. The rooms felt too old-fashioned, with outdated interiors and poor upkeep. The overall construction seems aged and not properly maintained, which impacts the comfort level significantly. One of the major letdowns was the lift—it was in terrible condition, smelly, and felt unsafe to use. On the positive side, food was quite good, and the staff services were decent, which was a small saving grace. However, these positives couldn’t balance out the overall experience. Considering the condition of the rooms, lack of maintenance, and poor infrastructure, the hotel does not justify the price being charged. It needs serious renovation and hygiene improvements to meet modern expectations. Not recommended unless you're getting a steep discount.
