Toilet not good , shower 🚿 falls like raining in all over the bathroom . Cockroaches, bug , available in room , TV not in working condition, several other disturbing sounds ( might be pump or other electronic devices ) For others , Turist better to find other options

Don't visit....there staff is very rude...they don't have manners to talk to anyone....they will disturb you in every 10min... bathroom is very dirty...I asked them to clean it but they are not keen to do that work.... location is also very bad and noisy...they don't even have proper venlitation in their rooms....overall very bad experience....staff is the biggest disappointment for me...they are very rude....my friend stopped me...unless I will slap any of them....

Very bad hotel . Worst experience of my life. Even hotels which charge 600/night provide better facility. -Bad stained bedsheets and pillows. -No hot water for bathroom. They provide rods , even that the staff came to give it Back after 30mins to share it to other rooms with was the worst part. -All rooms are Full off cockroaches everywhere. - I changed to 3different rooms. -TV doesn't work just for show . -AC fans speed is set to fix speed. -Ac Remote doesn't work properly. -All beds are spring beds with torn sponge , got hurt with their spring. -I had booked room for 3days but had to leave this after first night experience, Wasted my money as I had to shift to another hotel near by.

Don't trust in online booking of this place. I booked the room through agoda app a month ago. At the time of check in, the receptionist said that there is no booking through the agoda app, even I showed online booking receipt & confirmation is not valid, they don't have any booking from Agoda. I called the customer care of agoda and told them that the receptionist told me the name of the person through whom the booking was confirmed and said that no person of that name is working here. This places online booking is fraud, they are scamming people.

I was on business trip to Bhopal and searched for a business hotel for 2 days...i found that Hotel Madhuram Palace offered a gud deal @ Rs 800 per day including breakfast...but it was my lifetime pathetic and worst experience to book a room in this hotel and I stayed here for 2 days. Bed mattress is cheap and bad. They r uneven and causes back ache. Toilet is not clean and have lot of spider webs. Lot of mosquitoes and bed bugs in the room. I never got breakfast till 8.30am. When I came to room second day, room was not cleaned..guy at reception told that he forgot... HUMBLE ADVISE TO ALL.... even if u r offered a FREE room at HOTEL MADHURAM PALACE please AVOID IT... not worth... Complete waste... Very unprofessional staff. . No cleaniness.

Terrible hotel. Would never recommend at any cost. Tiny and terrible rooms. Stained beddings with stains of food and what not. Rude and untrained staff. Best part - "Sir aapke room ka lock kharab hai. Ab jayiye bahar saman kahin nhi jayega" ("Sir, your room wouldn't lock. Be carefree about your luggage when you go out"). Really?

Pathetic. Its not a hotel. They have made some rooms above restaurant and named it hotel. Rooms were very dirty. Cockroaches and mosquitoes were everywhere. There was no breakfast and dinner. They were ordering the food from near by dhabas. 1 point is only for staff as they were helpful. Not recommended for families.

The hotel is located at a good place... medicine grocery shops are around.Transport is readily available there.Restaurants are also around in case you don't want to eat from the restaurant located below the hotel. Thee restaurant below the hotel basically focuses on Bengali cuisine and for someone coming from Bengal it is a treat to eat from here.Must try: Egg roll. But the rooms are not at all good..very basic amenities at high price makes it unattractive.
