Hotel O Tamanna Palace

The room was good. But not the food. First they showed the menu n when i told him to order the plan thali but when the food came he looks like it was from the nearby hostel n there was nothing the same ingredients which was showed in the menu. If you can't the better food just let us know.

Poor maintenance not clean and hygienic I check in 12 PM we have to pay 1000 And it's valid upto 11 am after 11 am have to pay again 1000 even check out by 6 PM. Not stayed for 24 hours full have to pay 2 days charge. No stairs only depends on lift no stairs for up and down. Suppose lift nor working or power cut you can't go or come as it's in 3rd floor.

Worst hotel I have stay before two year ago and booked through oyo when I reached in night in hotel staff asked more money my family was also with me and many person was quareeling in night near in my room after drink there was no control of hotel staff my flight from raja bhoj airport was in morning next day so couldn't sleep while night . and I have also put review in oyo but the deleted my review. Worst and very unsafe experience I feel.

Disappointing, first of all they denied giving room saying all the rooms were booked, secondly when asked for other hotel they don't know anything, when visited one of the room to check it was too unhygienic and washrooms were like 3rd class public toilet. Waste to come to the hotel, pls avoid

Terrible experience, highly not recommended. not even basic cleaning is being followed. The toilets are pathetic, On asking, they replied the staff is on leave. Then why were they even giving the room and accepting payment.

This property is a big fraud. I can't say anything about thier rooms beacuse they don't give you the room without heavy money even if you have already booked the rooms through OYO etc. This property is literally a scam. They demand a very heavy amount from customer by giving them baseless excuses like there is No tie up with OYO and blah blah. I would highly recommend, please don't go for it. You will feel Helpless from both the sides i.e. OYO and Hotel manager as well.

Worst hotel I have ever seen in life with even poor quality staff. Super Dirty rooms, washrooms. Strongly advice you to not to even step into this property.

They denied your booking if u booked their room online. Even they demanding very high charge for a small room which is not properly hygienic. This hotel's rooms and receptions are in 3rd floor. Manager is also very rude and lazy.
