Playotel Inn Aria Bhopal

Service in this hotel was such a terrible experience. At check-in time, a tall slim male receptionist told me that the breakfast is included, however while I was checking out he quibbled that he had never told me so and insisted asking his colleague to charge me for the breakfast fees. It just seemed something premeditated. So I suppose the owner and receptionist of this hotel lack the basic spirit of contract, sincerity and respect for their guests. Moreover, there were yellow marks on the quilt and the towel was damp.

Hospitality is awesome. Location is very convenient. Service staff is very polite and offer best service. Very good in every manner. I recommend it to others to stay. Food also very tasty and hygienic

I m loving this place and the food is awesome…service is fast and staff behaviour is familiar…most important thing is the hygiene area which i prefer all the time…food is yummy i never tried kind of recipes which provide hotel staff to me…definitely i will come again soon😊

Playotel Inn Aria is a new property located in a good location with easy access to the airport and railway station. The staff is well-mannered and attentive, providing exceptional hospitality. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with attention to detail in amenities.

I had not stayed in hotel but on arriving at 8 am the hotel was charging early checkings charges 1/2 of tariff + GST for 4 hrs, which was not right according to me so 3 star. I told the receptionist that I was there for training purpose. So full day I will be at training and over that 2 day I will leave at night 10 pm. After listening also so rigidity is bad. I am writing so that owner of the hotel should make it 24 hrs or may be flexible case to case basis.

Last night we stay in hotel, rate is high but service is best and interior is awesome, and room size is bigger than other hotel around 400 sqft., our stay is good and last night I try rajma chawal in combo meal, I would say tha combo meal’s rate are affordable ,
