Collection O Hotel Brij Residency

Hotel staff denied giving us the room at oyo’s rate even after booking it through oyo app. I don’t know why these people are keeping this hotel in Oyo if they don’t want to work with Oyo policies. I had to cancel it and book another hotel at mid night. Please avoid booking this hotel as the hotel staff are not at all friendly at customers. And don’t get fooled by the reviews it has, as these are their reviews only.

everything is ok but price is very high i checked online price and when i go to the hotal for check-in they charged me double amout of the amount showing on app , otherwise everything is ok food , room all are ok 👍

Unprofessional staff.. Asking for money for unnecessary things(unjustified).. pathetic behaviour and experience. If there's a negative rating i would prefer it.

Please avoid it if you want peace of mind. You will get headache while dealing with the hotel staff for sure if you choose it.
