NillThe rooms are little ok, and the shower in the washroom isn't working. Room clean - 00 ❌❌❌ Family friendly : -10 ❌❌❌ Receptionist behaviour: -1000 ❌❌❌❌❌❌ When we reported this to the receptionist, her behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of offering any assistance or alternative rooms, she outright dismissed us, claiming that all rooms are the same and that we should have checked before booking. On top of that, when I was going out from the hotel around 8 PM, my door card wasn’t working, and I couldn't lock the door. When I informed them, they casually said they’d lock it for me. However, when I returned around 11 PM, I found my room wide open! This is absolutely unacceptable. When I raised this issue in the morning, the receptionist's response was beyond shocking. She casually said, “Nothing happened to your stuff, so why are you worried?” Is this the level of security you provide to your guests? When I questioned why they gave me a room with a faulty lock in the first place, she simply said the door and lock weren’t good. Then why the hell did you assign that room to me in the first place? This hotel looks decent from the outside, but it’s a nightmare inside. The staff is rude, the service is horrible, and there’s zero security. Once you’ve paid, you’re stuck dealing with this nonsense.

NillPathetic hotel to stay, their mattress are way too old one can feel the spring while sitting on it. Bed sheet were not washed for more than 15 days. Pillows I can't even find a words those so bad. I would say stay in normal dorms instead of paying huge amount to this waste hotel.

NillThe room was okay, but the bathroom was not up to the mark. It had a broken ceiling and a broken faucet. The TV remote was also broken. Room service was terrible. I ordered a cup of tea at 8 AM, and even at 10 AM, when I was leaving the hotel, nobody had any idea where my tea was.

NillThe hotel has 5-star location, amenities, and check-in experience. The hotel is located at a prime location and offers top-notch amenities. The check-in experience was smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommended!

NillBadly managed property under renovations, with dingy rooms, dirty linens, and no drinking water available. There are no tea, coffee, food, or kitchen facilities, and the lift operates erratically. Need I say more?

NillHad a worst experience. The Oyo promise guarantees clean linen, hygienic bathroom.. But that was not the case here.. Linen was not fresh, we were greeted by tiny cockroaches.. No towels and bathroom mat provided until asked for.. and we were given just 1 towel amount 3 (2 adults, 1 kid). Asked for bottled water, that tasted wierd, when enquiried, we were told did we order packaged water? Ofcourse we did.. and who gives RO water in an Aquafina bottle?? Very disappointing experience overall.. The OYO promise completely let down 👎
