Worst place to stay. The staff is very rude. Rooms are dirty. No hot water and if you demand then staff will misbehave with you.

Rooms are in such a bad condition, when I entered the room mosquitoes and small insects were everywhere, it's very unhygienic and unhealthy. I asked the housekeeper he said wait for 2 minutes and never came back! There intercom doesn't works. They also asked us to pay extra charges as above what mentioned in Oyos, plus convenience charge, I don't know why the hell They charged us this!! I genuinely recommend not to go there. Please look for some other hotel

Good experience. Excellent hospitality at low price. Although, the low price also invites hooligans to this hotel- like I have some party animals in the adjacent two rooms. Although, that isnt affecting us (I'm with my wife and infant) so much. Walkable from DB Mall and Naturals Ice Cream shop. Cleanliness of washrooms isn't upto the mark- as per my wife but ab 800-1000 me Marriott bhi mile to bhi madam 10 khaamiya to nikaal hi deingi.

I had gone to Bhopal with my family for a 2-days trip on Christmas eve. We were supposed to check-in early morning at 6 and so I had booked this hotel after reading its reviews n seeing its pics. ||||I was pretty sure that I wont be disappointed with the rooms and hence while checking in, the reception guy asked me an advance of 1 day rent for 2 rooms which was Rs. 3000. I paid him without checking the rooms which was the biggest blunder I made. ||||We were given two rooms and both the rooms were old-fashioned with ages-old furniture. The bathrooms were extremely small and dirty. Water coming out from taps was just not enough and there was a very small tiny bulb in the bathroom that was as good as no bulb at all. The height of the bathroom was a good one feet above the room and it gets very difficult for our elders. ||||The bedsheets and blankets were not clean. The extra bed given was thin and it felt as if it was made out of an old sofa cushion. The morning we arrived was totally chilled with temp below 5 deg Celcius and the blankets they gave were not warm at all. The room was not packed, there was constant flow of air from the gaps of windows and air coolers. There was no running hot water from the taps i.e. no geysers. They told us that they will provide hot water in buckets when we need which was disgusting. There was a pillar in the middle of every room which reduced free roaming space in already cramped rooms. ||||Finally after handling all such nonsense for about 3-4 hours we decided to move out. While check-out we brought all these points to the notice of the man at reception. His name was Narayan n was more than 70 yrs old. He completely refused to give any amount back and he blamed us for trusting him and not checking the rooms before giving full advance. His attitude was as if he was the owner of the hotel and instead of apologising for such a bad experience we had, he was being arrogant and rude.||||I suggest you to ignore all the good review and photos that you come across for this hotel and not think of going here even in your dreams. There are lots and lots of better hotels in M P Nagar so kindly boycott this one.

Low grade hotel. Staff is highly unprofessional and not good for family. Rates are too high and doesn't have hall for breakfast. Head ceiling is very low and entrance is Miss leading. There is lot of noise of machine and training passing. Comfortable only for couple. Would not recommend for family or business trip.

3 star for room because room designed is good but only problem they need to keep clean sofa and bad on frequent basis.Room AC and TV on perfact condition , water facility is good. While Service is good,polite staff all time available as required, Location is best part of this property in mp nagar zone 2 which is prime location for students all choching is in the same area near to DB mall , habibganj in walking distance. Lots of restaurants and Cafe is surrounding and walking distance.For this price this could be best option .

Located in MP Nagar Zone 2 low class hotel.. I stayed here for few hours .. wine bottels torn bedsheets dirty furniture.. its not worth at all.. AVOID Please.
