Very poor management. The rooms are stinky, lacking ventilation. The linen they supply only after repeated requests is dirty. The staff is stubborn and quite unprofessional in behaviour particularly Male Receptionist. The hotel has no supply of hot water in the washroom. They haven't got a pipeline for it. They claim that they provide hot water bucket on demand which they never did after repeated requests. Ultimately my wife did bathe with Cold water despite having cold and cough. Shall drag this HOTEL to Consumer Forum. It's better to go for other hotels which are better and reasonably priced too. VERY Worst Hotel eved seen anywhere in India TV Does not.function Lift works off and on. Poor service standards. Management must understand that CUSTOMER is king sovereign and should TAKE Remedial steps otherwise one day it gets ostracized and NO ONE will.visif this SO.CALLED SUGAR.PALM..

The hotel has no supply of hot water in the washroom. They haven't got a pipeline for it. They claim that they provide hot water bucket on demand. One has to be very careful about the bills. You may be charged for things which you never ordered. Upon pointing it to the staff at the counter, one often faces humiliation. It's better to go for other hotels which are better and reasonably priced too.

Food quality, taste and hygiene is very poor. Staff is horrible. Ambience of hall is not soothing, very smelly, and moist walls. Furniture is in retired condition. Lights are ancient and does have any brightness left. Don't suggest.

This was the worst hotel I've ever seen in my life... If anyone is finding a stay in Gwalior.. then I kindly request them to never choose "Sugar Palms" as an option. The worst management, poor staff, no room service, no proper rooms and bathroom, stinking rooms, no proper hot water service, all the shovers are completely ruined. The staff use to argue and infact they use to fight with us if we complain... There was no-one present on reception 24/7 not even in morning they were present.

Pathetic hotel & services. We stayed here for 02 nights. The elevator was not working, so we had to climb all the way 03 floors in order to reach room, also the air condition was making terrible noise so could not sleep whole night. After the night rain, road was flooded with water, not enough parking space available. Not recommended for families. Worst service no room service, no cleaning, also exhaust fan in washroom is not working.

I stayed there for 2-3 days, as part of group booking 7-9July, had 10 rooms They have good rating (pics) of GoIbibo, TA, etc on reception. But basically it is not that worth it. Services of hotel services were sloooooow. They have restaurant, didnt ate there, So, can't much comment there. Rooms are not good condition, it's 1* hotel Lift was not functioning, and my room was on 2nd floor. Entire group suffered a lot, every time we asked hotel manager says "kharab hai" (not working) Next day there was some function on top floor in evening, suddenly lift became operational. And very next day, lift was closed.. when asked why not working, sir.. we told you it is not working.
