Hotel Ambassador

I had a very disappointing experience at Hotel Ambassador Inn in Gwalior. Below are the specific issues I faced during my teams stay: 1.Breakfast Not Available: Despite expectations, no breakfast was provided, which was inconvenient. 2.Hot Water Issue: The restroom lacked hot water, making it uncomfortable for use. 3.No Daily Water Supply: Drinking water was not replenished daily, which is a basic necessity. 4.Poor Room Cleaning: The rooms were not cleaned daily, leading to an unhygienic environment. 5.Unresponsive Staff: The staff failed to respond properly to requests or complaints, reflecting poor customer service. 6.Non-Functional Facilities: Key facilities such as the AC, TV, fan, and electrical switches were not working, which significantly hampered the comfort of the stay. 7.Cleanliness Concerns: The overall cleanliness of the hotel was unsatisfactory. 8.High Cost for Poor Value: Considering the state of the hotel, the charges were excessively high and not worth the value provided. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience. The management needs to address these issues urgently to improve the guest experience

Budget friendly hotel! Clean room and bathroom, good services. Food is really good in taste and cheaper in cost. It's in the main road,so public transport is easily available. Gwalior Fort is 5kms/ Sindhia Museum is 3kms away from the place. Good for 1/2N stay.

Wrost services.smelli rooms ,not clean ,no soap for bathroom.tv channels are local.waste of money. also don't book via oyo because if price is less than 550they will not provide room.no water for drink in room . service boy not responding.caple wire is open near to bed .bad services.

I love the services which are provided during my stay with my faimly. Gwalior is not a great with good choice of good hotels so I rate this hotel as one of the best among other.

Pet friendly place with yummmm food, smack in the middle of Indore. Ideal spot for transit.
