FabHotel Ambika Dx - Hotels Near Gwalior Junction Railway Station, Gwalior

Not good experience for my parents. I would appreciate that he accepted early checkin but only when I told him that they will not stay the night. Room was extremely small. No facilities were provided like towel, soap, water etc. AC control was with the reception and he was switching off the AC in every 30 min. No Cable in the TV.

I wish they had given anything for negative rating I would had given -5. I stayed their for 4 days, had a pathetic experience. Airconditioner works as per the hotel's wish whenever they wish it will work and will be switched off as per their wish. They have provision for TV but no setup box to operate. Linen were very dirty with stains. Torn bedsheets. No cleanliness in the hotel common space. Behaviour of staff is pathetic.

Dear All this Hotel is Cheater, we paid Rs, 1500+ for deluxe room & they provided us a normal dirty room. I don't know how Fab is working with this hotel, seems only for money not for reputation. Therefore all of you are requested to don't stay here, room & washroom was very dirty, with too much smell. You can check enclosed images.

room was very pleasant other than washroom was quite clean AC & all amenities proper working staff attitude towards guest is good.

Not good at all. No soap and towel they provided before hand. No Ac control to on and off it at my own will. No dinner provided and breakfast time started only at 9 am not before. Very average experience. Even I had to ask for blanket . Bathroom flush worked only once . More importantly, they first gave me a room with no door handle and flush handle broken.

Very dirty rooms..staff behaviour very bad...ac switch is not available in room... multiple time switch off ac by staff...if u have no option then u can visit this hotel... honour of this hotel think that electricity bill saving is more important than customer satisfaction

Please don't visit this hotel. No maintenance. Full of cockroaches and leaking everywhere. Pathetic staff behaviour. They will charge huge for these worst rooms.
