Clarks Inn Suites Gwalior

The experience was a pure delight with welcoming and benevolent staff and manager.I went for a get together with my college friends this afternoon and the arrangements were commendable and immaculate. The food quality and taste were particularly lip smacking. The support staff was humble ,courteous and friendly yet professional and adept. The premises has a welcoming aura and offers a delightful experience. I would strongly recommend this hotel for any sort of family functions , bachelors party or even weddings.

I stayed at Clarks inn in Oct’24 as a solo traveller. hotel is centrally located with Good staff and safe for single traveller. Buffet breakfast is good. The base rooms are small hence you can ask for upgrade or select the upper category. You can go for it without any regrets. Good place to stay.

Recently had a stay for a day and it was an amazing experience over there, what made me more happy was the service and care shown by each and every staff member. Somehow i forgot an important belonging of mine in the room where i stayed and travelled back to my city, though when i shared my concern with the hotel team, the team, specially their service executive Mr Pradeep Sharma took care of the belonging and helped me getting the same back within two days through the means of courier ! Highly impressed by the service which this hotel is giving to their guests. Thank you 😊

The services are good. Deluxe Rooms are very small and need a lot of touch up to look presentable and worthy to stay. Okay for a days' stay. Overall cleanliness can be substantially better.

Good hotel no bad comments. Miss Chhaya ma'am and Miss Suman ma'am are very decent. Mr. Ajab sir, Mr. Rajeev sir, Mr. Vijay sir, Mr. Amit Sir, Mr. Divyanshu sir, Mr. Mohan sir, Mr. Dharmender sir, Mr. Pankaj Sir, Mr. Mangal sir, Mr. Sandeep sir, Mr. Mukesh sir, Mr. Negi sir, Mr. Subhashish sir, Mr. Vishal sir, Mr. Shah sir, Mr. Naresh sir, Mr. Unesh sir, Mr. Vikram sir Mr vishal Mr sujeet Mr nirbhay and Mr mohit and Mr mangal and mohan sir all the staff members are very sweet and also I'm very thankful to all of them for providing all the facilities in this hotel.

Absolutely WASTED 7200/- I recently booked the cafe area for a high tea gathering of 15 people and being the host I was called out of the cafe by a female staff to ask if the arrangements were okay !!!! Such an absurd behaviour ! Instead of coming to me and asking about it she chose to disturb the gathering. It left all my guests feel puzzled & was very embarrassing. On top of it they served cold snacks and beverages. I have been there ample of times & liked the food quality earlier But Never booking them again & would refrain from visiting in future.
