Narayanam Hotel - Best Hotel in Gwalior

Average stay at Hotel Narayanam. Food quality is good, but room service is painfully slow - had to call multiple times for basic amenities. Cleaning could be better too. Considering the issues, it doesn't feel like a 3-star hotel. If you're looking for a no-frills stay with decent food, it might work. But if you expect better service, you might be disappointed.

I visited two time for parcel food, 1st time for paneer tikka..taste is average but they confuse with how to type order in computer,their shef not available, every costumer asking again n again for duration. Taste is also just average. (Happen some time so I neglect) Yesterday for malai kofta... Bhaiya kachha aaloo kon bharta hai kofte me.. aur koi taste nhi gravy me , barish me raat ko 10 bje return krne v nhi ja sakta. Worst food quality.

It's a compact but cozy room for two persons. Foods are okay, complimentary breakfast is there.

Rooms are okayish, housekeeping service too slow, you would have to call multiple times even if you just want your blanket changed or any other small task. The location is not quite at City center but if you got a car, the place is quiet and you wouldn't have a problem in the commute. The restaurant serves good quality food at normal rates. Would suggest to try "Narayanam Special Non Veg platter"

Its a good place. Helpfull staff and nice location. They have a good parking space right infront of the hotel. Rooms are clean and are of good size.

Rooms should more clean. Staff is resistive towards giving better room. They try to give old, unpleasant, unclean rooms but after some haggling we get a descent one. Food tasty, people are helpfil and even quite near to every tourist site
