FabHotel Elite Residency

Not a good experience. Booked deluxe room with breakfast from the fabhotels app but the manager denied to provide breakfast. There were some differences between the manager and fabhotels. The service was good though from the staff.

Worst hotel, Bohot bakwas hotel sirf loot hai yha…….har chiz k extra charges no relaxation in check in and check out time…..bohot rude log hai…..in the recent trip they have charged us extra money during prepaid book for breakfast….but not even a single day they serve us the breakfast and fab hotel is also not taking any responsibility for their irresponsibility. Ek line mei btau toh kahi chale jaana pr iss hotel mei mt jana na toh service denge kuch or extra charge lenge alg level ka.

Worst place to waste your money. Food is not good, food timings are even worse. You won't get breakfast after 9 am. You have to scan a QR each time you take a meal or you won't get your meal for the next day. Wifi doesn't work properly. Extra ₹1300/- is charged per month for just keeping the cooler in a room and the cooler rent is separate. The basic rent is ₹10,000 - ₹13,000. Room sizes are very small. Rooms are suffocating and have no proper windows for ventilation. The sales team boasts about the common area provides but it's definitely not worth the money.

This place was amazing property of FabHotels. Easy check-in, value for money, rooms are neat and clean. Room service was damn fast. Overall experience was worth it.

Food on time. You can raise a ticket and daily food review option. Refund on time. Spacious living rooms. Best place for working professional. Wonderful experience.
