The room was not clean and on top of that, it didn't had door lock. The toilet and washroom weren't clean either and lacked soap, shampoo, and hand wash. There was no tea, kettle, glass in the room, and they had the audacity to charge extra for waterbottles. Wouldn't recommend at all.

Worst room ever. Please dont go for the rating. Last minute during check out they increase the prices and when we told about cockroaches in the rooms, they said “we cant do anything. Bare with it”. Staff is so rude and unprofessional. Please family people dont even consider this place for staying.

This hotel charges for drinking water, which is not acceptable. In most hotels, drinking water is provided free of cost, but here they are taking extra money for it. On top of that, the behavior of the staff was also rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Basic facilities and hospitality were missing.

Worst experience would never recommend anyone one of the staff of the hotel stole my apple airpods pro i tried contacting the manager and the owner they are not even investigating or responding on this matter i am a tourist and would never recommend anyone tourist to go!!!!!!! Give me my airpods back it is expensive!!!

Very bad experience with the stay i and my family went from ujjain to omkareshwar and stayed one night my cousin brother lost his airpods pro he can see the location in the hotel but the manager is still denying!!!

Stay was good except for the smoking smell in their corridor. That can make or break the deal for you. Rooms are good, services are fine.
