I booked the hotel from agoda, my train reached late at Jabalpur station, when I reached the hotel, it was night 12 pm. here and the manager of this hotel demanded money separately from me. The manager threatened me saying cancel your hotel booking otherwise you will have to pay hotel bill separately when I paid I was given a very smelly room and it was not changed on my request. And when I picked up the quilt, the mattress on the bed was torn and somehow the quilt next to me to spend the night the night. It is a request to all of you with folded hands, do not go to this hotel, the behavior of the employees here is very dirty. And collects money.

I booked the room of this hotel through OYO. At the time of check in, they were asking for extra amount stating that booking amount is too low. Hostel staff was rude to the customer. In case you find this hotel on OYO, never ever dare to book this hotel otherwise you will be frustrated at check in time.

Hotel staff was not bad but i have book my hotel throw oyo ,at time to check in manager said not possible to give room ,said very low tarriff you have book so i have changed 1000 extra amount and tv not working complain 2-3 time but no action taken. Location was good but staying long time not good.

I booked room thru OYO, confirmed room with Rs 750/- post reaching hotel, Receptionist informed that he can't give room for the booked price and I've to pay extra amount upon enquiry and lot of time spent on call with OYO team they changed to another hotel Named "Hotel Paradise Inn" Is too far Apprx. 6km from this hotel which too is very very bad never ever dare to book this hotel and rooms I saw with termites

Staff is very rude. Asking for extra money. Rooms are not clean there is mosquito everywhere.On the site they showing including breakfast but they denied for that ,Very bad hotel.

यह होटल निहायती घटिया बदबूदार और गंध से भरा हुआ यह होटल ओयो एवं अगोड़ा के माध्यम से बहुत ही कम रेट में पहले उपलब्ध करवाते हैं फिर गेस्ट आने के बाद उसे एक्स्ट्रा पैसा मांगते हैं न करने पर बदतमीजी करते हैं और पैसे देने के बाद सबसे घटिया वाला रूम उपलब्ध करवाते बदबूदार रूम बेड शीट फटी हुई दीवारों में दीमक की गंध से भरा हुआ बाथरुम पूरी तरह से बदबू देता हुआ और ईनके कर्मचारी बहुत ही घटिया तरीके से बात करते हैं मिस बिहेव करते है। चेतावनी आप बता दूं अगर गलती से भी मजबूरी भी हो तो फैमली लेके इस होटल में ना आए । और गलती करने का सवाल ही नही इस होटल में नही जाए आप के लिए बेहतर होगा होटल का मालिक ही यह सब करवाता होगा नही तो मालिक की बिना इजाजत के ये सब घटिया काम हो ही नही सकते

They provide bad room, smelly room, bed sheet, torn walls, smell of termites, bathroom is completely stinking and their staff talks in a very rude manner, Miss. Behaves. Warning, let me tell you that even if you feel compelled by mistake, do not come to this hotel with your family. And there is no question of making a mistake, it will be better for you not to go to this hotel. The owner of the hotel must be getting all this done, otherwise all this bad work cannot be done without the permission of the owner.
