SPOT ON 81181 Hotel Ajanta

Very bad experience. My initial booking was transferred to this hotel from a different location, which is manageable, but, problem arose when checkin was denied at the new property. I tried to talk to consumer support but, couldn't connect except to IVR, which is of not much significance. The property itself was not in appropriate condition such as not clean bedsheets, pillows, newspaper pasted on half of one window pane, etc.
