The rooms are decent, but the housekeeping service needs improvement. Guests have to reach out to housekeeping if they want their rooms cleaned. The food is average, with limited breakfast options that rarely change. Only two items are rotated occasionally. Basic amenities like soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, shaving kit, and napkins are not provided. The facilities offered are not on par with the charges. Overall, I would rate it 2.5 stars.

From the moment I stepped in, I was treated to unparalleled service, warmth and luxury. Ambiance The hotel's elegant design, tasteful decor and serene atmosphere made for a truly relaxing stay. The lobby, rooms and amenities were immaculately maintained. Hotel has its own parking space. Service The staff were courteous, attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Special mention to the concierge team for their invaluable assistance. Staff is always ready to help for any issue. They patiently address your issue and suggest the solutions, Rooms My room was spacious, well-appointed and boasted decent decor. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and amenities like the room service, Free WiFi and cable channels were perfect. Dining The hotel's restaurant served exquisite cuisine, with a range of options to suit every taste. Breakfast was particularly impressive which was free included in my booking. Each and every item had a great taste and the serving staff were humble and very hospitable. Location Centrally located, with easy access to key attractions and near Railway Station at a distance of 2 km. Hotel provides pickup and drop service BUT only for Airport and Railway Station, point to consider. Tariffs Hotel offers attractive tariffs and if you book online, you get better deals with some free complementary services like free breakfast. Overall you get a great staying experience on a moderate price. I had to book a bus as my train was running 14 hours late but had to take an auto for reaching at the stand. Besides, if you are expecting services like Spa or Swimming Pool etc, these are not available by the way. Verdict : Playotel Inn Anmol Classic is an exceptional choice for travelers seeking a luxurious retreat in Jabalpur. I wholeheartedly recommend it and look forward to returning. I stay here for 2-3 days every month. The stay is overall really good as the rooms are neat & clean, the restaurant serves good food & other services are also available without any delays. The staff is friendly & Mr Deepak makes sure that the guests stay is pleasant. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.

I always travel for business purposes. And prefer to stay in hotel which is comfortable for stay with required amenities. Hotel Anmol Classic is one of those hotel which fails in perfect place, near form railway station and bus stand, very easy to travel. Staff is always polite and helpfull.

The stay was good but the only issue we faced was that there was no active wifi facility . Overall the service and the staff was excellent. Loved the stay

I would like to really appreciate hotel staff,Ms Preeti and Mr. Apoorv for thier coordination and support during our 8 day stay. |Hotel is really clean,hygiene,all staff are very polite including kitchen house keeping.|Will really suggest to use this hotel once.|Location is very prime,rooms are good.|Overall I had a very good experience staying here.

Very poor services never opt for complimentary breakfast if you have to catch ur flight or train early morning their kitchen start after 8:30 even you can’t get morning tea before 8:30 am most of guests leave hotel without having complimentary tea and breakfast even though you have informed before bookings about your departure timings. very rude behaviour of front office staff very dirty rooms toilets lack of basic amenities dirty common areas.
