I staying with 10 Colleagues for 2 day, totally bad experience in all parameters like food/rooms/bathroom/staff behaviour/service. Plz no stay with your family Free breakfast bol k paise liye.. Bus stand me loadge jyada achha hai ense.

Rooms are big and good. They don't accept OYO bookings. They charge Rs. 1400/- per night. There is no lift in the hotel.

I reached hotel at 2.00 am and staff denied to give room as per booking@ OYO (Booking details ID: G5W48469) and asked extra money by saying that they are not accepting online booking and i gave him extra amount to settle down at 2.00 am as i have no other choice. However, location is good but maintenance of room is not as per expectation.

It's a basic hotel to stay if u are alone. service is too late(if u order something, it will come after 1hr.). I recommend this only for 1 day and for male only. rest us ur call.

To avoid any discrepancy, I made reservations in advance. the staff was friendly and helpful. Room conditions are good, as it their hospitality. If this is your first visit in city, then staff members also help up get about. Overall, I had a wonderful time at Utsav.

Very bad experience and service of this Hotel. Hygiene was not all maintained. Sofa , door mats and bedsheets covers were not all clean, you could see stains all over.. When we asked to change it , the answer from staff was this is clean else we will get it change tomorrow. When we asked to change the room we were shifted to way smaller room where fan switch was not even working.. Mosquitoes were all around and on the request for all out, the person said why are you disturbing at night. Next day we requested to get our room clean and went out.. We came back at night room was as it is, again staff mentioned since it's night we can't get your room clean. Again we were shifted to new room. Overall our two days trip was pathetic and spoiled our mood of Holiday. I will never suggest this Hotel to anyone. I have given 1 rating as I had to. Only its restaurant food was good. I wish I could post pictures here.

Overall ok experience. You may book for fresh up your mood after long travel. Cleanliness need to improve. However reception looks good as compare to rooms. Food quality 2.5/5.
