Bigwig Hotel

I'm sharing here presently being on the second day of my business trip. Pros - 1. Food here is good and price worthy. 2. Rooms are properly cleaned and spacious. 3. Top floor with open terrace is a good place to hangout. Cons - 1. Clava(Pub/Club) being on the 3rd floor did gave me a severe headache with it's loud music above it's allowed decibel limit. No action after complaining 2-3 times & the front desk personnel said me it would continue till 12AM. Not a good choice of having a relax time during a business trip. 2. Staff service is poor. Though a budget friendly, being in the prime location but a big no to this place for this disturbing moment from 8PM to 12AM.

It looks more like an apartment building rather than hotel service is ok , much room for improvement in food, pub music so loud u can listen one floor up and down shows improper damping of walls again need improvement

The staff was very rude, Hopeless bouncers they even don't know how to talk. I never recommend this place. We have better places now in jabalpur,guys look for something good.

I am re-reviewing after stay of about 1 month in this hotel as solo over business trip. Pros :- Good and spacious Rooms Bright light and good room textures Hotel property at central location Reception staff is cordial One mile restaurant food is delicious Neat and clean rooms Cons :- Very lazy service during morning buffet Very less and repeated breakfast menu Arrogant behaviour of clava staff Cookies/fruits should be served as complimentary in rooms Poor catering staff and hospitality Loud music of club comes in room There is a requirement of constant monitoring and supervision by managers to make this beautiful property a success story and to keep it running long. Hotel and Restaurant specially cannot be left to junior staff or only on waiters and helpers. This is what I observed over stay of one month. Good luck.

Pathetic service by their catering staff. Morning breakfast has very limited menu...even 0 star hotel would serve better food and variety. Below average and poor preparation of food by their chef. Waiters are all low morale with negative expression and mindset as if they are doing some favour by serving food. Serious relook required in catering management. Only good thing is their rooms. Otherwise very poor food and catering staff. Due to negative mind set and poor quality of food it is not recommended for longer stays.

I am booking Saturday this hotel and a night I sleep my room up floor is bar so loudly music play I can't sleep so is very bad experience

Rooms are good but Restaurant service is very poor. Restaurant staff is not at all interested in serving you. Condition is like you go to breakfast and ask them to switch on lights, ac youself and they are found sitting on floor. Fruit laid out their is cut overnight and seems quite unhygienic...and in spite of asking for tea it is not being served due to negligence attitude of staff. No variety in breakfast and above all is highly pathetic staff in this hotel with no supervision of any senior and no manager. This way things will go bad in future. I would suggest hotel owner to please look into this matter seriously. I am here for long stay but seeing the staff actions and lazy response....it seems things may deteriorate for the hotel reputation in future. Thanks.

Rooms are good but you can't sleep overnight due to pub music and even hotel staff are helpless, no-one will listen you where you just sit with holding your head overnight.. Never ever book if you are searching for a calm and peaceful place to stay at night
