Capital O Hotel Kartik

This is a nice hotel at a budget price. However you may need to negotiate prices. We got room for 1200 per night. Rooms were clean. The location is near Russel Chowk. Some markets and restaurants are nearby at walkable distance. It's also nearby Railway station and easy road access to Dhuandhaar waterfalls

Rooms not clean properly ,clean bedsheet is not available when I'm asking to replace old one, service is very slow

Don't book this hotel, rooms are dirty, stinking, full of fungus, you will be given the most dirty room, if you complaint,they will show a little better room which is not good to stay. Waste of money. I checked out immediately without asking for refund.

Worst hotel in jabalpur. This is only for oyo couple not for family. Dirtiest room, bedsheet aak thu, you can find everywhere chhote-bade-tedhe-mude hair. This was my very bad experience . I request to all family pls don't go there.

Hotel takes more money than Oyo offers. They asked me to decline your offer and accept there offer otherwise they not allow us in hotel. No water supply. No drinking water. Only biesalry water. Fan was so noisy. Bed sheets are dirty. Low lights in rooms.

Receptionist was a very egoistic lady . No manners how to behave . doesn't have any sense of hospitality. when my family demanded for id proof cancellation by writing on the photocopy she denied them fron doing so. Rude behaviour. The lady talking way was as if she is doing some Ehsaan kind of thing by providing the rooms.
