This is a very old facility. The staff is ok - we don't know. Some how you feel not so welcome. I asked for clean bedsheet and they sent a torn one. There are insects in campus and probably in the rooms. Somehow completely messed up my two nights stay in Jabalpur. Please don't come here.

Value for money, this property has exceptionally out standing service and amazing staff. Food is very good and hospitality is excellent. It's very near to main market and very convenient.

My brand new high-speed mobile charger has been misplaced from my room during room service. But nobody has accepted about this and provided old charger which is not working after 2 days. Mattress is not good and due to that my back pain. Room rent is so high but they have not compensate the new charger. Unchi dukan fiki pakwan. Restaurant service is also very slow.

Horrible experience to stay at hotel. I had booked for 10 days for RmNo. 115. 1)Daily when I stay at hotel party is going on below hotel hall  and DJ not stop till morning, hotel staff ignore all think and only give assurance of Slow noise. 2)big Cockroaches found in room. 3)Daily compliant of Slow wifi connectivity up to only 30-50 kbps speed but till 10 days not able to resolve. 4)Not able to bath with shower due to too slow water in shower tap. 5)Doors are key facilities which are too old and not close properly, any one can open locked door forcefully.

I am very disappointed and regret that I booked a suite in this hotel. Stayed 2 Nights 1.Hotel has COCKROACHS 2.Rooms are not cleaned. During my stay NO ONE came to clean our rooms. 3. Bathroom floor is very slippery. Be careful when you walk on a wet floor. 4. Bathroom toilet seat was broken. 5. Over priced paid over 14,000₹.
