OYO 2777 Hotel Samdariya Inn

Great hotel with spacious rooms having all amenities like fridge, tv, ac, cupboard, table, chair, sofa, etc. Veg delicacies available as room service. Also restaurant and coffee shop is present. Apart from that housekeeping and laundry is present. Location is about 1.8 km from railway station.

I have given 1 rating because I couldn't give ZERO. Very disappointing experience. We came here to Hotel Smadariya Inn, on 16-09-2024 & checked out on 17-09-24 morning. Good things, - Staff is very nice & helpful - Food quality is okay Things that are not good, - no parking - very dirty toilet - dirty ( unwashed) bedsheets & chadar. - the rain water seepage in to room. - cockroaches freely moving around We had booked a deluxe room through our tour organiser " FOR YOU HOLIDAYS" from Ujjain. The room that was first given was do shabby, suffocating There ware mo windows to get fresh air. So called balcony was filled with scrap materials. Toilet was stained After complaining 4 more rooms were shown. We selected one with a cleaner toilet. The chader was so much dirty we couldn't even touch with our hands. Must have been washed a few years ago. The bedsheets were not changed after previous occupancy. Morning when we got up, surprised to find the floor was filled with water ( seepage from previous nights rains) There was no hot water for bathing. As suggested by staff, we opened taps & let go about 20-25 buckets of water, still the water was not even lukewarm. I strongly suggest everyone to please avoid this hotel for your stay in Jabalpur. Later when I googled, I found there are plenty of better places with reasonable price..

First and foremost the hotel is located at a very convenient spot called Russell chowk and all the major attractions are quite reachable from this point. The staff is very helpful and provides you with services with a smile. Both the receptionist Rahul and Akhilesh Pandey are very helpful but a special mention goes to Akhilesh Pandey who treats the guest as if they are his own guests, providing all sorts of support whenever asked for. You can avail buffet breakfast at 150 plus taxes if not included already. Housekeeping services are also good. The hotel has pick and drop for the station and has a 24 hours checkout policy.

Location is prime and Hotel is perfect Hotel provides pickup and drop service to Railway station. I think Book this Hotel through Goibibo that will cost you less. Overall the exeperience was very Good

Hotel is serving food and it's very tasty.Rates are reasonable ang having enough space for parking. It is good Road touch hotel on the way

pls avoid this hotel because cleaning is big issue blanket was very dirty and washroom also not cleaned properly and overall cleaning and service very bad.

Very shabby rooms, there are no amenities like lift, parking, cleaning. Do not waste money
