Hotel Swayam

Not worth the money. It worth for less than 1000 for even platinum rooms, because of the conditions of the room. Cleanliness should be improved, There is always some smell in the room. But the food is cheaper and good. Staff are cooperative.

Nice but costly hotel..we've checked in there one day before the scheduled time .. but they made the rooms available. Rooms were a bit small but was clean. Food pricing is very high also.So you may have to go outside in search of reasonable priced food.

Hot water was avl 24 hr without any issue but room and bathroom was not properly cleaned. Also we booked a big room for 4 person which was not avl when we reached there manager gave us a smaller room for 2300 . As we were not staying the night in Jabalpur it was not much if issue for us.

Stay was comfortable as owner is hard working but staff is not that good. Food was average to lower side. When had breakfast no staff to service food, also casseroles were empty. When checking out no staff to pick the luggage even calling reception couple of times.

Extremely poor service and hospitality . There was loud construction work going on for hours for the entire period of my stay and despite being asked several times they did not stop the work. Walls are extremely dirty , Tv satellite not working properly due to damaged wires . The AC not working properly. No toiletries. Dirty towels . The worst part , it was like living on a construction site. They should not accept bookings while constructing and if they do they should listen to the customers . Could not rest properly. Worst experience. Very unprofessional. The manager was rude .

My father and I stayed here for 3 days and their services are really wonderful. Rooms were clean enough with ample supply of hot and cold water. Food quality is also excellent. Room service attendants were polite in their behaviour and were respectful too. My father and I really had a comfortable stay in this Hotel. I personally suggest that this is a perfect place for staying. Room rates are also reasonable. Overall value for money. Yes.

Before booking the hotel, I had read about the good location of the hotel but was surprised to be proved beyond right. The location is one of the USPs of the hotel. Very easy access to transport, eating joints, shops etc. This is a decent budget stay option in Jabalpur if you are looking for a couple of night stays or a layover. The rooms are neat and clean and staff helpful.The hotel has modern facilities like AC, hot water, lifts, service men. I found it a new construction and hence the quality of rooms were better than most budget stays. Some rooms were being decorated, furnished as well.||Overall a peaceful stay.

This hotel is compact and best for short stay like one day or two day. Location is good and acceceable to all the place like station and bus stand. Staff is good and supporting. It's 24 hour timing but if u take 15 minutes more then it will be charge next day. Food cost is litter higher side
