Hotel Delite Grand

The Hotel is near Jabalpur Station in prime location away from Crowdy place in Civil lines.I stayed for 2 days and everything was good. Excellent Service, friendly and well behaved staff, spacious room. Spl mention: Mr Prashant at Reception, Restaurant managers are very good.Foid is also very tasty. Only improvement needed in room amenities, such as welcome kit, press and pressboard can be added.

Don't be taken in by the smiling face at the reception. You walk into the room to see nothing in there - no kettle, no tea or coffee, no toiletries etc etc etc. Need to call housekeeping for everything. Infact no toiletries are provided. You even need to call to get towels. Barely anything is readily available. And behind every smiling service is an obvious and pretty clear expectation of tip from the customers. Don't intend to go back to this hotel at all.

It was a good experience...the staff were very cooperative..the food was good. It is in the heart of the city,very close to the railway station. Special mention of Eugene who helped us through. Negatives....they must change their footmats. The bathroom floor is smooth tiled dangerous for senior citizens. Their lift does not work properly when it is on the Generator & even though they have a camera inside the lift we did not get help. All in all it was a pleasant stay.

Great experience we had staying in this hotel. Great rooms, great food and amazing staff behavior. Would definitely visit again. And the best part is it's very accessible from main market and Railway Station.

The hotel is located in a very good place very near to Jabalpur railway station and many eateries available just outside the hotel. Even medical shop is near by. Only request to the hotel authorities for providing light near mirrors.

Excellent Service, friendly and well behaved staff, spacious room. Spl mention: Mr Prashant at Reception, Mr Eugene, Chandresh and Raghuraj at restaurant. Only improvement needed in room amenities, such as welcome kit, press and pressboard, laundry service, toiletries, carpet, etc to be provided. The shower gel and shampoo in the washroom are of inferior quality, to be improved.

Hotel delite grand is a nice stay option in jabalpur … situated strategically near the railway station,, it offers spacious and clean rooms to its guests!! Room service and house keeping services are prompt and helpful .. breakfast spread is also good with number of veg dishes to choose from … the in house restaurant Aayushi serves delicious food at reasonable prices !! I strongly recommend visitors / families to stay at delite grand when visiting Jabalpur ..
