OYO Sun Palace

They charge u more than price shown on oyo. The staff is very rude. They denied check in even after booking on oyo app. They took extra money only then allowed us. Rooms were in bad condition.Fake photographs uploaded on oyo. Don't go for this hotel

I book from agoda with advance payment,but the people said their is no booking shown in their system,and they demand whole money again for room check inn,there is no support from Agoda where i book this hotel,There is no customer care number or customer services in app or call,there is no other option to contact Agoda for this type of fraud

Discusting hotel and the owner (dheraaj kumar basin) he is very angry and disrespectful towards customer i am asking for bill and he is misbehaving like anything..bad experience .never recommend to people from outside from city jabalpur

Suck & Holy Disgusting Facilities, receptionist and one old ager uncle is so rude and miss behaviour with each customer and charge extra payment above on online booking charges(at the your check in time apko extra payment mangenge other wise booking nhi denge), they are not accepting online rates they have own illigal rates and charges, Cleaning 0%, Wifi not working, Tv not working, dirty room & washrooms. Totaly unsatisfied, i want to complaint against this hotel and there staff.

Worst ever experience in my life. Hotel is in very bad condition like tap leakage, rust everywhere, walls fungus-seepage, UNHYGIENIC/smelly beds, worst location.. Please don't go for this hotel even it is free, it's a nightmare.. Oyo should stop this torture to customers where hotel manager is asking for extra charge or else he is not allowing to check in.

Very disappointed. Booked with breakfast, no breakfast there, they have no kitchen.. Hotel staff is very good but not worth, room is really small like store, full of cocktraiches at night.... Location is very congested, it's in tyre market location

Very bad experience in my life first time so I suggested don't buy without looking hotel room. Aggoda show facility including breakfast but there is no one these facility. So don't buy 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Worst experience, these are the kind of hotels which should be delisted from an online platform. They have posted a poster which sums up that oyo pricing won't matter, you have to pay extra in cash to match minimum 1k pricing for rooms. Rooms are stinky and filled with fungy pungent smell which is also visible, washroom are no better than public toilets. A Big No.
