⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Hospitality! I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Pride by Samrat. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The food was delicious, and the overall service was excellent. A special thanks to Zeba, Abhishek, Jacob, and the entire hotel team for their warm hospitality, professionalism, and caring attitude. They were always courteous, helpful, and made sure my stay was comfortable in every way. I truly appreciate the excellent service and highly recommend Hotel Pride by Samrat to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay. I look forward to visiting again.

Overall good. The staff is courteous and well behaved. Food is good, but the service at restaurant could have been faster. Ms Deepika has been excellent in managing the restaurant services. Rooms have smell of smoking by previous clients and due care should be taken to improve that. TV satellite channels didn't work for all 5 days of my stay, however smart tv worked well. The points are for improvement only and not criticism. Overall satisfied!!!

Very good staff , overall experience was good. Booked by goibibo. Food was awesome with reasonable proce & good qualities. Only issue with got room in the corner on 2nd floor no. 2007. Which was. Ot upto to mark. Better check room on 1st Floor are much way better. As I experienced that 4 years back on my frequently visits. Overall experience is good. Will come back only in this hotel but will do directly booking to get rooms on 1st Floor.

I had such a fantastic dining experience! The food was absolutely delicious and truly hit the spot. I needed a specific customization for my order, and the chef understood my request perfectly, delivering the meal just as I wanted. Highly recommended, Chef Abhishek is very good.
