Exquisite and exotic hotel and restaurant with amazing services. 3 star hotel according to norms but the quality and infrastructure is no less than any 5 star accommodation. The most heartwarming services by Deepika and Prem made our stay even more comfortable. We are travelling across 7 states of India and this was the best experience yet.

Location of hotel is the best in Jabalpur. Located in prime, Posh and quite locality. Staff members are hardworking and cooperative. Somehow, the hotel is unable to maintain cleanliness and hygiene. Like dusty floor, cockroach in tables and chairs. hotel Restaurant food is also not tasty and definitely worthless-for-money(except for breakfast). Never visit during peak seasons with full bookings as management collapses and fails to provide good accommodation.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel and was impressed by the quality of services provided. The overall experience was comfortable and enjoyable. I would especially like to extend my thanks to Ms. Shivani Thakur and Ms. Roshni Chauhan for their excellent service and hospitality during breakfast in the cafeteria. Their attention to detail and courteous behavior truly enhanced the experience. Looking forward to visiting again.

It is an excellent hotel, rooms are well maintained, food is very delicious, good service by the staff & they are polit & customer friendly, manager Dixit is very friendly, comfortable & successfully by providing alll facilities we required...I ever thank ful to him..every body will enjoy if they select this hotel 🏨❤️

The hotel is very nice . Especially the Nature of the staff and the food's taste . You can definitely choose the Hotel over any of the other . In this price range the Hotel is actually serving the 3 Star Facility .

Very curious Atul and Murmi welcoming and making you feel at home. I was well taken care of by all the staff members. kitchen is great and kitchen staff love to serve food. A very good experience. For me location was a little distant for my job and rooms can be improved with more multi country plugs and cleanliness. Thanks to all at Pride by Samrat.

Awesome staff. I would specifically recommend services rendered by Amit Chaudhary from restaurant room service. Great guy always smiling and work very enthusiastically. 5 Star to Amit Chaudhary. Another staff great I would like to recommend is Sabita Banskar from housekeeping on 2nd floor. Very cheerful lady and extremely hard working

My stay was beautiful both in respect of food as well as room. Whole staff particularly Mr. Abhishek and Ms Zeba very helpful and pains taking making my stay comfortable. On mfy next visit in Nov.end again I will stay here because of hospitality of these both staff member. Thanks
