Hotel Shree Uttam Palace Katni

Dorm room is stinky and unhygienic, dirty linen and AC would only run if there are more than 5 beds booked. Washroom is chaos. Receptionist has no idea why is she sitting on the chair.

The overall experience is ok ok, their staffs are very well behaved but the room is not very good. Washrooms are too small to take your shower and not very hygienic.

I stayed in their dormitory. I paid ₹250/- There were 10 beds in the dormitory which were clean. Their toilet, though it looked clean stinked a lot. Infact their bathroom area which is common, as in a dormitory, stinked. This was probably because the users did not flush after urinating. Didn't order food as I stayed there for couple of hours only. Katni Railway Station is 10 min walk from this hotel.

Sheets were not upto the mark, otherwise value for your money. Cleanliness good.

Rooms are very much small, no parking at all. I made them changed 3 balnakets one by one, but all were pathetic, very very dirty. And they use to serve that type of blankets only. Room service is also like anything they don't care of. You never find Hygeine anywhere in hotel.

Quite Good Stay.... NO Restaurant, although, Food is being catered from elsewhere.... Need to be More Competitive with the Basic Services... TV was Not working, during My Stay over there.... Still, Food is a problem.... Need to work on It... at least, Snacks & Tea...
