HOTEL BRIJWASI ROYAL

The room charges are very high and not as per display board of room charges. The rooms are not clean and staff was rude and arrogant not supporting to customer, No room service, no parking space for vehicles. All over not suitable for rest.

Clean and big room in reasonable price… Visiting during mahakumbh time….hot water also available Location is also near railway station…

Just about okay, rooms are spacious but food is not. I had ordered alu pratha they served the same with sauce with cockroaches on it. I stayed there for 2 days and took dinner in another restaurants. Staff cleaned the room but towel was not replaced old used glass was still there and no dustbin in the room. Still giving 2 stars.

Room phone not working , window curterns so poor street lights are getting in the room at mid night with the fly over above ur head , calls from google number but no answer for any room service

Clean and a decent place to stay in Katni. Highly recommended for business and leisure traveller. It is strategically located closer to station yet not far from other key places like market and other goverment offices. The staff was quite courteous and helpful. The manager was friendly and well mannered.

Fine hotel to stay staff was also good and services were also fine. I had face some problem during checkout otherwise a normal not too good to visit. The view from the hotel was not great or even good and the room were also a little bit concise. If you want to spent merely 1-2 days then it's a good hotel.

This is really a good hotel to be found in a small town of Katni. I was there on a family vacation, it was a good experience. They know how to make the guest smile and satisfied with their services. However the restaurant is not available, and which is really not a big deal. You can tell the hotel to buy you food from outside and they are happy to oblige the same. Manager and staff are really helpful.

Rooms are spacious and neatly maintained. rates are nominal. No restaurant available, but brought from outside by the courteous staff.||||The hotel is new, so need to see if it will be maintained properly. Already, one can see stains in bathrooms, hence need to wait and see, if the hotel will be cleaned properly.||||As of now, we can stay there for next one year.
