Hotel Dhwaj Palace Maheshwar

Location is inside market, walking distance from fort and Narmada ghat. Approach road is congested during day hours but they are providing 4 wheeler parking. Room size is good enough for couple and kid. Room paint started coming off at places. Hot water with centralised geyser is struggle. Owner Vinay Saraf is helpful, courteous. He stays in same property. Staff was prompt in any help. The place is worth the money they are charging.

Hotel is very neet & clean location is best walking from narmada Ghat. Owner is very cooperative and overall we enjoy our stay in Hotel. Service staff is also very good.

Really best hotel... Room, cleaning, services are best, and best part is that. The hotel is walking distance from ghat... And in between the Banke bihari tredition food is too much best..

Please don’t wish to the pictures as far as the location is concerned it is NOT close to the river like the pictures suggests. The pictures of amenities are horrible. Hot water is only available from 6 am to 9 am, period if you miss you are stuck using cold water for the rest of the day. The rooms have bugs- I actually had a bug bite me on my arm! The cleanliness of the room was sub par- we had to ask them to clean it. The bathroom shower doesn’t work! The rooms are tiny most of which is taken by the bed with a little space around to move. And yes, no WiFi offered.

Very nice hotel within walking distance to Narmda ghat and Ahilya fort. Can find many shops to eat and shop Maheshwari saree. Nice clean rooms and bathrooms. Hotel has private parking. Owner Mr. Vinay Saraf is very considerate and allowed us to sit in reception area to feed our little son even though we had checked out of the hotel. Definitely a good place to stay if coming to Maheshwar.

Clean and tidy. Prompt service. Welcoming host and hostess. Perfect location for Narmadaji darshan, fort visit and offcourse shopping at Pawar Handlooms Overall excellent.

At Dhwaj Palace you will be welcomed warmly and the owner is one of the sweetest guy. The rooms were neat and tidy and was really close to Ahilya Wada and Narmada Ghat. In the given facilities the price of the hotel is pretty reasonable. Lastly, the food which is offered by the restaurant near by is also really tasty and would love to come again and stay at Dhwaj.
