Hotel Sagar Inn

I booked a suite here for 2-day stay and had pathetic experience. The hotel is listed as 3-star property on MMT, but in reality, it doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Staff service is extremely poor – you need to ask 4–5 times for basic essentials like bath kits, towels, or even drinking water. Many times, water was served after 1–1.5 hours and only after repeated calls. Hygiene is completely neglected – cigarette butts were lying around, hair was on the bed, and mosquitoes were all over the room. Even after asking, mosquito repellent was not provided. Breakfast quality and hygiene are horrible – water is served in reused bottles, and the cleanliness in the dining area is very questionable. Overall, it was a horrible stay, and I would strongly advise others not to book this hotel. Please look for better options elsewhere.

Rooms are Good.. But maintenance needs a little more attention.. Pending work and perfection you can find everywhere. (Example 1. Sealing fan was making very much noise..that was due to lack of a screw...when I told them they fixed the matter with an insulation tap. 2. Toilet flush was leaking and not very clean also, some ugly stains can be seen. 3. In the False Sealing of the bathroom you can find unfilled gaps gaps. So many insects are falling from there..) 4. Happy with the behaviour of staffs. 5. The amount they are charging is too high than actual. 6. Friends told me that Cheap AC rooms are available nearby ( just below half rate of this hotel). 7. Toilet exhaust fan is either not working or not connected. 8. Vehicle Parking space is other shortcomings. (Maximum 3- 4 cars can be kept). Overall after the pending work, the hotel will be perfect...and I wish all the best.

Located conveniently and reasonably priced. The building is nice and shiny. However, it needs maintenance. The fridge in the room was not clean and smelled bad. The staff are friendly and enthusiastic even when we reached late at night helped carry our luggage to our room and helped us park our car.

Location is good. Car parking 🅿️ is not satisfactory. Open parking. Complementary breakfast was provided which was okay. When I checked in on 6th of October, the attitude and approach were remarkably good. I checked out the next day morning. The staff on duty on that particular day ie 7th of October, was arrogant and impolite. He demanded the rent of the room in CASH. HE INSISTED ON THAT TOO. and even asked whether I can go to ATM and get money from there !!!!!!!! This kind of behaviour is never ever tolerable or appreciated.

1 - Breakfast was poor... Hygiene was very poor in the breakfast...During breakfast water served in used bisleri bottles. When asked them to keep jug and glass then they replied "used kia bottle hai to kya hua, dho k rakha hai ab" 2 - given room in entrance of main gate wherein landline phone was not there , when requested them to change the room , then reception person replies to his staff "dusra room dikha do, pasand nahi aaye to booking cancel kar do" Behavior was like jaise dharamshala mei free mei logo ko room de rahe ho..

The hotel is located in a very crowded area and the entry to the place is through a very narrow space due to parked vehicles all around. Room was not in a good shape and fixtures in bathroom were broken. Only reason we took a halt here after a very tiring drive was the pet friendly policy. Not recommended even if the prices are reasonable.

1.Room was having a used cigerate in its corner when I enter , and even I have asked the room service to clean it he said housekeeper will do and it is still there and not cleaned . 2. Wifi is not working and more over that net signal of my jio postpaid is also not working at this very centre of the city 3. Room service has put down my call when I continously complaining about wifi issue . 4. They dont have cupboard / almirah in the executive room . other than that , 1.the location is right at a nice place . 2. Room is comfortable 3. Ambiance is nice Over all 2 star
