Hotel O Tower Chowk Freeganj formerly Shreenath Palace

My stay at hotel o was extremely disappointing. The room was dirty, with stains on the bedsheets and a foul smell. the experience was frustrating and not worth the money. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and good service.

I had a very unpleasant experience at Hotel Shreenath Palace. The room was extremely dirty, making it hard to feel comfortable during my stay. The staff was unprofessional and rude, which added to the frustration. To top it off, I wasn’t even provided with a key to my room, which made me feel unsafe and inconvenienced. Overall, this hotel failed to meet even basic hospitality standards. I would not recommend staying here. Very bad and dirty!!!!!

The only thing good was the staff's behaviour, they were cooperative. They don't have their own parking. No lift on the ground floor, you have to carry your luggage to the first floor and then there is a lift in which only 2 people can go at max. The whole hotel smells like hell, you will feel you have come to a spitting spot of paan and gutka lovers. Didn't have a pleasant experience for the hotel aura.

I had a booking for 3 nights for 4 days for 9 people with oyo. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. It's not even a single percent similar to what it's shown in pictures. Oyo claims high cleanliness. it's completely opposite. There were used baby nappies. Dust on the flower bouquet in the bedroom and sofa was literally piled up with dust,used dirty sheets. Unfortunately, i didn't take pictures as i thought oyo service would get me a different hotel for stay, which they promised to do on call, but they didn't do. I was stranded on the road, awaiting in cold with a 12 degree temperature, for resolution, and it literally took 3 hours for oyo to get back to me with a resolution by then i managed to get hotel on my own with local people. Please dont choose oyo, especially in small towns as they are not helpful and their service is also degraded. I had a bad, horrible experience getting my refund as well. #worst_service_oyo

Let me highlight the biggest mistakes for choosing this hotel in MakeMyTrip trip platform 1. No drinking water arrangement for customer. 2. No electricity at rooms. 3. Electric switches not working. 4. Rooms were not clean. 5.no heigine is maintained . 6.Bed not properly arranged. 7.Bedsheets are dirty. 8. No hot water Is present in the room. 9.buckets in the bathroom are dirty. 10.bad smell is present in the room and bathroom. 11. My senior citizen parents went outside at 10:00 pm to purchase water bottle . See how much worst that can be.?

Oyo Team said this is 3 star hotel they provide you all the things in less budget...i visit to this place with trust of the OYO team but this hotel is a worst hotel totally waste of money, no service is available,no gyser,no tv ,no wifi available staff was very rude,no cleanliness in room as well as washroom ,door lock was not working totally unmanageable...they shifted face family from one room to another bcoz one thing is working in that room than other one is not working....worst hotel in my life..i never trust from now OYO Team.Photos are totally different then it's actual things never trust on photos...if this is 3 star hotel then i will never wants too go in such three star hotel...very bad experience...

Worst hotel, No parking, No service, unhygienic. Even room locks are not working. Highly not recommended hotel. Bed sheets are so dirty. Bathroom also very unhygienic.

Pathetic service, don’t go with the pictures they have posted on the makemytrip and other websites. Too old rooms and hotel looks like 1980s hotel. Room was not clean washroom was not clean. Gyser was not working. Tv was not working. Only thing is they provide you a roof to sleep 😡.
