Hotel Samay is a great place to stay with family. The rooms were clean and tidy, making our stay very comfortable. The location was superb, with good restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly and attentive, adding to the overall positive experience. Highly recommended for a family stay!

Worst hotel booked ever in MMT app. Due to late check-in in night and high demand in Weekend, the hotel provided us their staff room to use for one day. and most probably given our booked room to someone else . for one night we stayed in miserable condition in a dirty room and bathroom full of houseflies. the other day we got shifted to an average room, definitely not the big one we booked. Not recommended to travellers

Very bad experience of two days. Mouses in side the bed. Clothes are bite by the mouse. Bathroom experience is very bad. Smell is in the hot water (kaai ka smell). Thereby got sick and started discentry. U are requested to take the smell of hot water and experience. Hotel is Very poor in amenities.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The location of the hotel was very nice and the staff was very poliet and helpful. Mr Govind was very helpful and help us with everything we needed either it be a cab service to Omkareshwar temple or a ticket to witness the bhasm Aarti at Mahakaleshwar temple.

WORST EVER HOTEL. NEVER COME TO THIS HOTEL Rude and arrogant staff at reception. Bedsheet spoiled and Covers spoiled. TOILET SMELL in the entire room. Nobody wants to do anything about it instead forced us to stay in the same room and pay money for it. NEVER HAD SUCH AN EXPERIENCE Before. Checking out hotel within 15 mins. NEVER COME TO THIS HOTEL.

We were on Ujjain trip and after searching for hotel, we decided to stay at this cause we were so tired to search more for best price. First thing that they are not accepting online payment. Room was all perfect but due to rain water was inside over the floor even window were close. Washroom were looks so clean but flush was not working (the main problem). Given shower but it was broken. We did 2 days stay at the same place cause we didn’t have too much time on the trip to change the room on next day so decided to stay in the same. They mentioned that there have wifi but it wasn’t working. Tv was also not working due to rainy weather. Even we asked with staff for wifi and they told that the owner was not giving them too and it was not working from long. Overall experience was poor. Room number : 310

A very dirty hotel. The rooms are dirty and stinky. There is no service in room. I was not even provided any drinking water. Had to change room with additional amount since the package was booked through makemytrip. The room given to me cannot be a guest room , may be used by hotel staff.
