Hotel O Tower Chowk Freeganj formerly Shreenath Palace

I had a very unpleasant experience at Hotel Shreenath Palace. The room was extremely dirty, making it hard to feel comfortable during my stay. The staff was unprofessional and rude, which added to the frustration. To top it off, I wasn’t even provided with a key to my room, which made me feel unsafe and inconvenienced. Overall, this hotel failed to meet even basic hospitality standards. I would not recommend staying here. Very bad and dirty!!!!!

The only thing good was the staff's behaviour, they were cooperative. They don't have their own parking. No lift on the ground floor, you have to carry your luggage to the first floor and then there is a lift in which only 2 people can go at max. The whole hotel smells like hell, you will feel you have come to a spitting spot of paan and gutka lovers. Didn't have a pleasant experience for the hotel aura.

Please don't bother with this place. No parking. Badly maintained. The lift can take only one person barely. It almost seems as if its not meant to be customer oriented. Terrible rooms. The bathrooms were dirty and not cleaned. The bathroom door doesn't lock. Everything is ancient. No service. This establishment shouldn't be even listed. I am not a fussy guy but this place ? The pits . They really need to remodel , rebrand and reestablish. Or just shut it down

Let me highlight the biggest mistakes for choosing this hotel in MakeMyTrip trip platform 1. No drinking water arrangement for customer. 2. No electricity at rooms. 3. Electric switches not working. 4. Rooms were not clean. 5.no heigine is maintained . 6.Bed not properly arranged. 7.Bedsheets are dirty. 8. No hot water Is present in the room. 9.buckets in the bathroom are dirty. 10.bad smell is present in the room and bathroom. 11. My senior citizen parents went outside at 10:00 pm to purchase water bottle . See how much worst that can be.?

I highly recommend for staying this property I booked a classic room for stay room was a very luxurious and clean. After reached hotel meet hotel staff Mr Shiv he is very mature, humble and kindness person and over all staff are very good location are also awesome .

Pathetic service, don’t go with the pictures they have posted on the makemytrip and other websites. Too old rooms and hotel looks like 1980s hotel. Room was not clean washroom was not clean. Gyser was not working. Tv was not working. Only thing is they provide you a roof to sleep 😡.

Stay hear is complete waste of money, Rooms are dirty and smelling like hell, No water in bathroom, AC Not working, No WIFI, Internet, No TV, Electricity outages, Room's light are damaged and not working sometimes, No safety for your stay as electrical wires connected to open MCBs in corridor which may got fire and and hotel is without a fire exit, Nothing has been provided which shown in the pictures, The hotel staff made my stay worst as they are unskilled in hospitality and mannerless while talking. The fault was I paid the amount in advance. Thanks OYO for making my stay worst and charging money unethically.

Service's Yet to avail... Water Facility at worsen condition and lack of cleanliness 247 lighting facility not available Too much mosquitoes Managers still open booking even if they don't have required facilities rooms .... I prefer you to visit Maharana Pratap hotel
