The hotel looks much better in pictures on MMT then in real. Room was small and washroom as well. Not worth the price it is listed for online. The staff and service were fine.

Rooms are like Mumbai chawl, they are so dingy, Highly overpriced, pathetic staff and rude behaviour... Bathrooms are dirty, can't even sit and bathe properly... no water bottle provided, no kettle, Fabhotels charged me highly overpriced for this booking... It is 2.9 km from mahakal temple.

Staffs behaviour is very good, They allowed to use my room even after checkout time and provided me with breakfast even after the due time. Rooms are very clean and hygenic, food is also very good, overall a very pleasant stay. Well connected with autos and e-rickshaws to travel mahakaleshwar temple, station and other attractions. I would totally recommend this hotel to all the tourist. Good place to stay with family and friends. They don't have dining but the do have room service and good is decent.

One of the best hotel in Ujjain. Best in services. Very clean and big in room size. Very supportive staff. Washroom is clean.

Rooms are not very good in terms of basic amenities were missing tea kit, dental kit, soap and shampoos, center table, no breakfast options... Room tarrifs are very high for more than 4k per night and basic facilities are not provided. Will not recommend for sure
