OYO 16163 Hotel Shri Hari

Worst hotel ever. Poor in services, they don't have phone working, upon asking they say phone will not work. No cleanliness. Upon asking three towels they simply provide 2 and said we don't have another "Kaam chala lijiye". They want advanced payment but worst in services. They don't even have sense to provide water once the guest enter the room. Worthless

Hotel staff is very helpful but the rooms are not clean at all in this covid times bedsheets were not washed shower towels were very much dirty rooms were not at all sanitized pillow covers blanket sheets were not washed at all. No drinking water bottles were provided.

Worst experience. Dirty rooms, dirty beddings, very dirty toilet. The washroom basin and w.c. literally had tmbakhu (red) stains all over. Room and washroom were smelling really bad. Room phone was not working, so I had to go down to the counter to ask for anything. Very bad experience.

Cooperative staff... very dirty bedsheets, dirty towels, washroom wasn't clean after complaining also. Not value for money. Oyo must take action.

Worst experience ever !!!! They do not have clean bedsheet and rude behaviour of attended boy.Ower is good, But they have to thik over current covid situation and cleaness. Do not trust on their promise.!!! Family please avoid this hotel!

Complete Fraud people. I booked a ticket and then cancelled it. The lady told she had cancelled and told me I will get my money back in 4 days. Then after 10 days they said they will not return the money. No 1 fraud people. No body ever should visit them. or any OYO hotel in Ujjain. If you guys are reading this hotel shri, dare to call me. Complete fraud. I cant give zero star. Thats a compulsion. OYO - the complete fraud

Not good service.. I booked through Oyo .. from the site .. it's written they will offer break fast complimentary but I didn't get .. no wi fi .. even they forget to give me towel in room.. each time I have to ask for everything.. very disopented
