Hotel Sur

Stayed there from 19-22nd October 2024. It was a lovely experience. The staff are super responsive and always ready to help. Rooms are superb. Location is great in terms of amenities. The only disadvantage is they do not have their own Restaurant but still they have facilities to get you food from outside. They had arranged for me a plate of curd at 11pm. Overall a homely experience. Keep up the good work.

We recently stayed at Hotel Hotel Sur. Our experience was very good , the rooms were comfortable and clean. We were guided by Ms.Khushi about places to visit in Ujjain and the timings etc. which made our visit to Ujjain enjoyable and we'll planned. Overall we enjoyed the stay and our holiday . Thank you so much Team Hotel Sur for providing good services. The only point that needed to be raised is the lack of a restaurant. They call for food from outside but that is average at best.

I recently stayed with my family in Hotel Sur . My experience was very good , the rooms was beautiful ❤️ and clean . We were well guided by Khushi madam ( management staff) about Ujjain which is very convenient for us . Overall we enjoyed the stay and our holiday . Hotel Sur has got very professional Staff and service provider. Family stay was too perfect. Top floor Terrace has got added advantage and had soothing experience. Mahakal temple is just 3 km from here take only 15 min to reach Best place for family stay in Ujjain. Would love to come back

Stayed here for 2 days, absolutely helpful and knowledgeable staff. Ready to help you with transports and itinerary planning. A special mention of Mr. Yashraj Singh. He has superb food recommendations and was very humble in speaking with each and every member.

I have booked a triple executive room. The location, room space, cleanliness & staff behavior(especially manager) is exemplary. Every facilities like medical, food, transportation is available within a radius of 50 m. Highly recommend for every age group. # This is geniune review.

Hotel Sur was the best decision i made during my visit to Ujjain. Clean rooms, equipped with all facilities. Hotel staff is so much polite and supportive, they were even there 5 in the morning to help me with things. Also the hotel is near to almost all the temples in the city. We rented a scooty and were able to reach all the temples in 10-15 minutes. We also got all the information regarding arti timings, ghats and other attractions at the hotel reception desk. Great value of every money spent on this hotel visit.
