NillThe WORST place I have ever stayed, No words Like Hygiene,good service,good management and A good staff includes In their Dictionary. Leave the Basic services Aside they Don't even had a proper room,We Got a Broken wash basin and A broken door handle. Lift was unavailable and we had to climb stairs as Our room was On third Floor. Talking About food, they have their Own Restaurant BUT Don't dare to order because the food Was more worst than their service. Overall A Poor Management and a Bad HOTEL to stay! DON'T GO FOR IT, YOU WILL REGRET! 1/5.

★★★★Great location 2 mins walk from London Bridge station/tube and the very trendy riverside and HMS Belfast. Very modern, clean rooms. Trendy wine bar and excellent breakfast although voucher system very odd. Breakfast was superb, great choice and friendly staff and teapots!! Only down side is that the air con was very noisey and it was needed most of the stay. Fantastic views of the shard from the terrace on floor 9. Ask for rooms facing the station if you want a view of the shard from your room. Overall very good and usual Hilton high standard.

NillThe TV wasn't functioning and we were made to wait for 2 hours before we could change our room. Hotel staff was very slow and inefficient in responding to our problems and therefore they took 2 hrs to do something that could have been easily done in 30 mins. We have always had good experiences with previous OYO rooms, but this one was highly disappointing.

NillI booked it via MMT, paid in advance but when i reached the hotel denied my checkin and any booking on the contention that they don't accept online booking. I have my booking receipt and everything with me but they've denied it. Asking me to contact to the MMT customer care whilst the issue is on their part. If i have my booking then I should be provided a room.

NillWell have been complaining since I checked in. But no response from hotel neither from OYO. Don't have the option of zero star. What to start with. First look very bad. Then no lift working (room being at 3rd floor). Then when checked into room. Gosh.. Too smelly. Bad linens. Pathetic bathroom. No water(it was available later). No packaged drinking water. Same was provided on request that too from water cooler outside hotel. Bathroom handle broken. No floor strainer in bathroom. Very very bad towels. No exhaust in bathroom. False ceiling in bathroom damaged. Painting of room damaged. Hotel staircase corners having stains of paan. What to tell. List is endless. I am talking about room 306. Have been complaining since morning. Hope OYO will get up with some resolution because my 16 hour stay have been nightmare. Regards

NillHotel hilton tower is located opposite v Mart near teen batti Chowk. Rooms are good at the price offered at Oyo. It is cheaper when booked from Oyo rather booked directly. It offers complimentary breakfast but was not provided in time. In my room there was a big mouse that ate my banana. TV channels were very limited and all free channels were shown. It was boring. The room service was not good. It was very delayed.

NillWe were in the room 206, and just below the room is the kitchen or the place they cook food, soo all the smell of masala and everything came into the room and it was tough breathing. The hot water wasn't available. And cleanliness was absent.

★Very poor situation...No cleanses...Poor service...When you book room once..After that hotel owner will not pickup your phone.. Work are also not properly reply once you check in..I am here, but swiped is not coming last 3 days...so I am leaving. Totly waste of money
