Hotel Shivam Palace

The facilities were actually really good. The room service is pretty Amazing and the behavior of every employee towards us was really respectful. The food had a good taste compared to other hotels. The money we spent was worth it.

The worst experience ever. Wish they provided for negative stars. Shabbiest, ugliest, unmaintained rooms possible. Total loss of money. The pictures shown online are absolute contrast of reality. Falling curtains, no room service, broken sockets, leaking taps, filthy linen, and much more. It was truly a nightmare. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

Hopeless fraud hotel with a pathetic dirty place. Cockroaches all around.0 rating for hotel room service. Food taste was at the lowest. cleanliness was nowhere to be seen.managment was so bad. Not suggested at all.

Value for money but we had a cockroach infestation in our room. Taps were leaky and AC ke liye you have to call reception.

Service and staff behaviour was very good. But rooms were not as per expectations. Bathroom lock is not working. Food quality of restaurant was not good also very spicy.

I have booked this hotel after checking the photos online. The rooms are not good as they have shown in the photo. I have given the 20% advance for rooms booking. After checking the rooms and hotel we have decided not to check in the hotel and they have not refunded the advanced amount. They said that they have parking area which was not there. Not recommended.

Total waste of money, very bad service, Old and dirty rooms and bad odoured bed sheets, none working AC, none working telephone service. Old aged bathroom with lot of water leakages like horrible. Think before booking otherwise पछताओगे .
