Hotel Shree Mahakal Krapa

I'd clearly not recommend the hotel. Rooms are with bed bugs and flies. It's stinky and doesn't meet the cost. The staffs are friendly and very cooperative. They tried their best to keep the flies away using mortein but that caused suffocation to my 3 months old baby. I had to book another hotel knowing there is no refund at this hotel as per update from makemytrip. I wont blame them as the previous reviews clearly said it's not recommended. Not recommended for families. May be good for bachelors and single travellers

The pictures are completely different from the real rooms. We booked a family room for triple sharing online. Once we reached the hotel, there were no family rooms available. Despite the online confirmed booking, they asked us for extra payment at the hotel. They said the pictures that we have posted online are mere screenshots from google. We do not have a family room. The service was also extremely poor. Worst experience.

I will suggest you not to book this hotel, no facilities at all no lift staff is even don't know how to treat guests we have booked this hotel in 3200 and in this price so many other options are there. They charge for everything even for water in this amount they dont even provide water bottle no kettle or tea in room only provide one soap for second soap you have to pay. Rooms are not even good bed bugs were there. So much disappointed wasted my money. I have some pictures also but here there is no option to post.

Hotel is located in narrow gully, have to park vehicle 250 mtr away, staff does not know the meaning of hospitality, rude behaviour, They made me wait with my family and 02 year old baby. Hotel does not have crockery-cutlery, Had to eat in disposable plates, Hotel surroundings are disgusting, don’t recommend if you’re travelling with a family. No intercom in rooms. No doorbell, cockroaches in rooms , smelly bathrooms, selling fake mineral water, Tiny rooms, ... ... worst experience ever.

Very bad experience. First of all we had to wait for half an hour in the reception since they didn't have our booking details even payment was done. Finally we got the room but water leakage in the ceiling and even leakage inside toilet. Paid for AC but that doesn't work. Wifi also not working. I won't recommend anyone.

Firstly this is not the good hotel as it lack basic necessities and amenities for the same . Hotel reception is not good as well as they don’t provide any services like water , towels and soap . I personally don’t like this hotel and the service for the same .

Excellent hospitality provided by hotel s and felt good Excellent staff and one of the best places to stay in ujjain friendly accommodationg staff willing to help with a smile. Was very helpful and polite .
