This is my absolutely genuine and honest feedback. Pethatic lounge, it's not an Hotel first of all, The Rooms were so smelly and bedsheets were very dirty, Definitely not not Family at all, I have booked 3rd floor and on second floor bunch of boys drinking alcohol with open gate, the Hotel is very congested and stairs were small, wet floors always as I have seen in last 2 days, The behaviour of staff was rude and there is zero room service, Pathetic management, the worst part was that i have to request them to give me the bill, but they don't bother to give any invoice. honestly suggest families or devotees not to opt this Hotel, as there are multiple options you may have in same vicinity in less price. I have been travelling since 2012 but this is my worst experience so far, Consider this as a genuine and honest review.

The room is filthy, and cleaning is not done on daily basis. We booked for 2 nights, but washroom was not cleaned, nor the bedsheets was changed. There is no washbasin in the washroom. However, it is close to the mahakal temple and it is in the main city center so everything is easily available. Also it is close to ujjain railway station around 1.5 There are good hotels alternatives available in nearby location.

Rooms are very unclean and smelly, service is poor, also if you book it online, 100%chance of room availability denial at the time of check in

Very helpful and cooperative staff. Rooms are also well maintained. Hotel location is good as mahakaleshwar temple is at walkable distance.
