I unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations. The most concerning issue was finding an insect in the room, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one of this category. Despite bringing this to the staff's attention, , ignored, or handled poorly, "there was no immediate action taken to address the situation" "the staff was dismissive"]. It was worth staying at Hotel Maheshwari Avenue, Very near to the temple and excellent service by Mr. Nilesh and team. Food was good and hygenic as well. Highly recommended for new people coming to Ujjain.

Except for a welcoming staff in the restaurant, everything else about this place was dislike worthy. It had rained and gutters were overflowing, you'd have to park about 200 to 300 meters away so be ready to carry your luggage. Hotel is inside a thin road after crossing a small market area for buying Puja stuff. Cleanliness was also an issue here, room condition and bathroom condition were pretty bad. Blanket stinked.

We stayed for 2 days. The owner of the hotel is very friendly and cooperative. We strongly recommend to friends and family to stay here in resonable price.

Aswm hotel and staff very polite....rooms were very clean and proper hygienic.......overall everything was very very nice of this.....if you are in ujjain then must book this hotel......very fantastic 👌👌
