Hotel Sangam Palace

Very bad hotel do not use this hotel for your stay every in your life, and specially 204 and 205, i stay on 15 August 2024 in this hotel when i visited mahakal temple, this hotel is very bad staff attitude is also very bad, from there bed sheet and blanket is smell like toilets, and when you tell to there staff about that then they will tell you stay or leave or take this room, very bad attitude of the staff. And also there flush and bathroom drainage was not working. They where also not listen to that. Do not use this hotel in your life.

Fraud owner and Staff.very dirty rooms.Bathroom door is broken in all rooms, non working electrical sockets & exhaust fans, suffocating rooms, TV not working. Cheap minded owner & Staff.No drinking water bottle provided in hotel rooms.Specially Looting every Hindu tourist by frauding.I will recommend Never to stay with family or friends in this hotel. This type of wrong selection of hotel can spoil your divine trip to ujjain.

Worst hotel in Ujjain . Owner is fraud. Don’t have any sense of talking. Ac not working Tv not working. Very very Worst hotel. the room was very small and looked suffocating. regretted the decision to have booked this hotel at such a price. Overall a bad hotel very dirty and expensive. definitely no. better and cheaper options are available in Ujjain. Everything is useless. . I will not recommend anyone to go.

It's on the main road and the temple is walkable distance from the hotel. Hot water is available for bathing. Room lock and toilet lock are not functioning properly.

It's a pathetic hotel whose only good thing is the location near Mahakaal corridor entrance . Rooms are small with a bad smell , electrical sockets do not work , bathroom doors can't be closed , regulator of the fan does not work , mosquito in the room . Also no soap , water are provided . They provided towels after couple of calls . I can't blame them entirely because I selected the room after checking it . I had to pay Rs 1200 for this trash . Only positive thing I have in mind that I did not book in online and spend 2500+ :) Stay at your own risk ..

ONE WORD - PATHETIC! This might be the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. We booked two rooms for our family and stayed for just one night. The rooms had a bad smell, were really dirty, and looked like no one had been in there for ages. The bathroom locks barely worked. It was a terrible experience.
