My Wedding Experience: I recently had my wedding at Coco Mango Farm in Alibagh on May 2nd, 2024, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Here are the key issues I encountered: Lack of Basic Amenities: The changing rooms lacked soap, which is a basic necessity for guests. There were issues with proper lighting connections, affecting the overall ambiance. The ceiling fans were outdated and required manual intervention to start, reminiscent of the 1990s. Unfulfilled Promises: During the initial meeting, the farm owner made numerous promises, but very few were fulfilled during the actual event. Guests were promised a welcome drink upon arrival, but it was served an hour after guests arrived, and only after numerous complaints. The stage design was outdated, contrary to what was shown during the meeting. The lack of floral decor made it appear very basic. Dinner seating was poorly lit, affecting the overall dining experience. Washroom facilities were subpar, with water pressure issues in the jet sprays. Food Preparation and Service: There were significant issues with food preparation and service. Guests were left waiting in line for dinner, only to find that the buffet ran out of food within minutes. Despite waiting for an extended period with empty plates, the buffet was not replenished in a timely manner, leaving many guests without food. Overall, my experience at Coco Mango Farm was highly disappointing. The disparity between the promises made during the initial meeting and the reality of the event was stark. I strongly advise potential customers to reconsider booking events at this venue

Absolute waste of time and money. The facility is worst when booked and visited found AC, TV and FAN none of them working. Owner was aggressive saying wait and we will get it repaired and took almost 2 hours to get electrician who did some minor repairs but none worked. When we complaint the owner said : "You can leave the Hotel" such a pathetic experience. I asked for refund which owner denied and hence needed to call 100 for police support for safe exit from Alibaug as the owner is uncivilized locale. Absolute don't understand hospitality. This guy and stay at Coco Mango not only spoiled our trip but taught a lesson that never pay upfront to any cheap hotels like this. Don't even deserve 1 rating. Be safe and stay away from such cheaters.

Dont visit them. Such a terrible room. The owner directly said "if you want to stay then stay or cancel the booking" such terrible hospitality. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Dont look at images and go. The reality is different Not a single room has TV Their toilet flush is nit working. The bedsheet is in terrible condition The pillows look like they have never been washed

Nice Location. Near By Varsoli Beach Good Treat for Nature Lovers. Internal Facility needs to be Modified. Like Tap, Door Lock. Property is Neat & Clean, Rooms also Clean. In house Restaurant is yet to Restart. You can order Outside food or choose Nearby Restaurant. Owner Rajkumar Is Good Person, Over all I feel Best Stay.

Garden hall with number of trees. I enjoyed my friend's marriage in the month of April. The place is good and can occupy more number of people compare to the air-conditioned hall. Rated it for 3 🌟 coz the changing rooms were small and it doesn't have a separate toilets for guests

Now am obsessed with Coco mango ...coz the prettiest ever cottage with tress and since i visit off season, its the best time to get cheap rooms😊

Value for money, big shout out to management staff ..very helpful with a no price you have proper hygiene and basic facilities. They truly deserve 5 star only beacuse of pure smile and low cost stay.
