Ferreira Resort Lonavala

This property is quite old, and the rooms are dated, with no recent refurbishments. Despite this, I would still rate it 5 stars due to the outstanding service from the reception team. They were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful. One staff member, whose name I regret not asking, went above and beyond to help us plan our entire trip. They recommended some unique and fascinating places to visit that we wouldn’t have discovered otherwise. The location of the property is fantastic, situated close to the railway station, markets, and other key attractions. Despite being centrally located, the area surrounding the property is peaceful and quiet, ensuring that you won’t be disturbed while trying to rest. Given the combination of excellent service, great location, and calm surroundings, this property stands out, even though the rooms could use some modernization.

Budget friendly hotel.. cooperative staff, hardly 10-15 min walkable from bus stand and railway station..if you check in early they will charge rs 500/- Air conditioner need to be replaced Bathroom n toilet were clean. Recommended.

This is the budget hotel in lonavala city and you can save lot of bucks by directly booking this hotel instead of booking from other websites. staff is very cooperative and make your stay very comfortable. Since there is an attached garden with this property and you can hear whispering of birds in the morning which makes your morning more enjoyable

The name resort doesn't suit the place. It has very poor infrastructure, worse facilities. The only reason to visit this place shall be because it's the cheapest place that you could find there.

The hotel is well placed close to the local market, basis amenities can be bought from near by, also eating stalls are located in 1 km range, the place has a safe car parking, the staff are very obliging. They are very helpful. They have a nice lawn for morning walk. The rooms were were fairly clean. However the place is in need of timely maintenance. The walls need painting. The door handles need replacement, the cupboards and walls have fungus. The walls are not sound proof, the doors start ratling when neighboring doors are opened. All in all the place is good just for an occasional night stay at the moment.

We stayed here for 2 days Dec 12 &13 /2023. A good old type Hotel with clean and big rooms , neat rest rooms and sheets. Nothing luxuroius but neat and clean.Very near the station and bus stand. Very courteous staff. Great experience at very low room tariffs.

First things first, this is not a resort but a lodge/hotel. Don't go by the fancy names that they have kept. The garden is just a Mirage, its very small. Only good thing is that they have ample of parking space other than that it's just a substandard hotel. The washrooms are dirty, the fans are noisy and the management is rude.
