NillTV not working in room, AC not working,2 of the 4 ceiling lights work. There is no hot water in the shower.Baby Cockroach in the room too. The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed.The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness.Had one of the worst experience in my life.I went with family and they have no consideration...rooms are worst quality. Room was dust central, dust had settled everywhere and even after us wiping it off with some baby wipes it would re settle. Under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust looked like it had been forgotten about by the cleaner. I wanted to write more but i think it is waste of time.

NillSlum area is much better than this stay, please go through the photos attached. Very dirty and unhygienic place, the pillow and blanket are affected with Black Fungus and the walls too. Never recommended, my family has suffered a lot. Owner Ashok Gupta is also least bothered about this issue.

NillI had a very worst experience I didn’t want to give a single star in rating it’s very unhygienic here the owner of the hotel is very rude and he doesn’t have the sense while talking with there customers, speaks too loudly give false information about their services offered and also the staff was not at all cooperative the service was very bad and nothing electrical appliances was working for eg Geyser , TV, AC and everywhere there are lot of cockroaches as they have not kept the rooms clean and have not maintained any hygiene . And they only kept on lying and ignored us while we are asking them for some help about the things which are not working in their hotel rooms as I have mentioned above so overall very poor customer service so pathetic I would recommend you people should not visit there. Waste of money 👎🏻

NillI request everyone who is reading this comment to please Please not go to this hotel. There are insects everywhere in the room, and the service is disgusting. No restaurant services are available. Additionally, the owner is really unpleasant and the staff is the worst. The TV, AC, and geyser are all broken. not clean rooms.

NillRooms are dirty .Bathroom latch not working have to hold door to use bathroom. The staff is very rude .The owner is also rude .We called the owner that your staff is abusing us but the owner started abusing us .The owner and staff were threatening us that if you want to leave here safely don't complain. Worst experience of my life

NillIt’s a good hotel but very inside. Price is good but rooms will be dirty. You will smell of vomit from the room so choose wisely.

NillThe bathroom window is broken foods can not be ordered through different place as they want to thug us by giving us less quantity food with higher price 900 rps for full hakka fried rice and triple Schezwan rice with that amount I can get a 1kg biryani in Mumbai also reservation place stinks the one standing at even 1 min extra they will charge you 500 rps extra worst place to stay and that too costly also the tv did not work.
