Rooms are clean and food is tasty but behaviour of one particular staff in the reception is very unfriendly and rude. We had bus at 4pm and checkout time was 11. We asked if it is flexible for sometime. He straight away dismissed saying hotel policy. Whereas the rooms of the hotel were empty. When we asked the rate for two hours extra he said. 1k. Where as the room was costing 2.5k for whole day. Not happy with reception staffs. Rest are fine . Food is expensive.

Rooms are really very good with interior and clean. Sufficient place for parking. Only demerits - There is not a single complementory water bottle in the room. Location is really peaceful and very near to market ( Approx 5 min walking distance ) Most of the Points like lion point, monkey point, bhushi dam, Rajmachi garden, Lake are within 10km range from here. Narayni Dham - a beautiful temple is within 2Km range. Most of the good Restaurants abailable within the 2km range, so need not to worry about Hotel inside breakfast and meal. Overall very good experience with approx 2250 per day stay.

Good Hotel. Location is good off the Old Mumbai Pune Highway. Rooms r spacious, clean. Room 203 has backside view. Only regret was absence of Coffee Maker n Refrigerator in d room. Food is expensive. Did not ordered food during d stay. Swimming pool is small but okish. Did not use Indoor games although saw Table Tennis. Ample parking space. Overall good.

Very horrible experience as the theft happen from the window in midnight at 2 am. Housekeeping and manger was involve in that as they open the window and with the help of rode they toke 2 purse from table and remove 8000 rupees from it and after we get to know someone is there near window they both ran away and throw purse near window. When we called police they have not accepted it in front of them and afterwards we came to know that police constable was also familiar with them and police were very casual and not taken and action against them. When we inform to the owner of Sunny Retreat first he told we are taking responsibility of it and refund the amount but after sometime the owner itself denied it and told us u do whatever you want. So guys please take a note that don't ever book room in these hotel as staff is very careless and are not taking responsibilities they are robbers and will stole things from room cctv is also not working.

Ambiance is Good. Rooms are neat and clean. Got rooms before check in time as per availability. Food is OK. Kitchen and catering staffs seemed jovial. Ok type parking spaces. No complementary stuffs, not even mineral water during checkin. No south Indian dishes nor breakfast. No humble staffs, hospitality missing in reception and room service. Handle in shower was broken. Paid ₹ 5200 for only accommodation, bit more than its worth. Over all a 3 🌟 for its humble catering staff and neat &. Clean rooms.

Sunny retreat is really worth hotel for friends and family. I would definitely recommend my circle here. Here stay is very friendly and family. Food quality cannot compare was delicious and superb. Each and every staff was friendly courteous and polite gave a great feeling and worth to it. Next time also sunny. Cheers god bless all keep up the good work.
